April Stool's Day is an event started in 1993 by Munjoy Hill (that's the East End of Portland, where Fetch is located) resident Diane Davison. The idea was to get local dog owners every spring to help clean up our beautiful neighborhood park, because as the snow thaws, everything that's accumulated throughout the winter is revealed, and well, it's not what you'd want to step in…so anyway, to entice people to participate, Fetch solicited prize donations for the top scoopers (by weight) from all the best gear and pet food companies we buy from, and the prizes have become amazing, everything from a collar to a year's supply of Solid Gold Hundenflocken!
